We are located in beautiful Orange County California.
Are your products handmade?
Yes, all of our products are handmade!
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are vegan! (Our founder is vegan, so it is important to us that all of our products can be enjoyed by everyone).
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the continental US.
What mail carriers do you use?
It depends: on the size of the order, where it is being sent to, and how soon it needs to arrive.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow between 1-3 days for processing time and between 3-7 days for shipping time (depending on how far you are located from California).
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds. However, if your item arrived damaged during the shipping process, please email us at hello@glowgirlgoods.com and send us the following, as soon as possible:
1. a photo of the damaged item up close.
2. a photo of the box, including all packaging used to protect the item.
3. a photo of the shipping label on the box.
What if my package was delivered to the wrong address or was stolen?
If the carrier fails to deliver your package correctly, or if your package is stolen, that is unfortunately out of our control. *Please be sure to ship your products to a reliable address that doesn’t tend to have delivery issues.
What if I entered my ship-to address wrong?
Email us ASAP with the subject line "URGENT" to hello@glowgirlgoods.com. If we haven’t mailed it out yet and are able to catch it in time then we may be able to correct the address before sending it out. However, if your order has already been sent out to the carrier, then it is no longer in our control and we are unable to retrieve the package from the carrier or make any changes. *So, please always double check your ship-to address at checkout to make sure it is correct. If you input the wrong ship-to address, and if the package is returned to Glow Girl, then there will be an additional shipping fee to send it back out to you, as we will be required to pay for shipping a second time.
