Welcome to Glow Girl (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website www.glowgirlgoods.com (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
1. Products
We offer, or will soon be offering, handmade products, including but not limited to: candles, room sprays, diffusers, soaps, wax melts, and other related items (collectively, “Products”). All Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product descriptions, or pricing. Payment must be made at the time of order via accepted payment methods.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather conditions.
4. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds. However, if your item arrived damaged during the shipping process, we can arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please email us at hello@glowgirlgoods.com and send us the following as soon as possible:
1. a photo of the damaged item up close.
2. a photo of the box, including all packaging used to protect the item.
3. a photo of the shipping label on the box.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Glow Girl. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Girl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
